As a quick reference absolutely. Studies have shown that, on average, its on par with most encyclopedias for errors. Unfortunately, it's not at all in depth enough to use beyond an introduction to a topic.Not that you'd care for the facts of course...
If you are using Wikipedia for facts you are a sap.
So much better to use no sources at all, and just snipe away.
